What Is E-Waste?

What Is E-Waste?

E-waste is electronic waste. It's when an electronic device reaches its end-life and gets disposed by its original user. Once an electronical device doesn't work anymore or you want to get rid of it, what do you do? Getting rid of these useless devices causes pollution problems and health problems to many people. This is so dangerous because electronic equipment contains some very serious contaminants such as lead, cadmium, beryllium, and brominated flame retardants. These materials are hazardous. Recycling is essential in e-waste.
